Located approximately halfway between Montreal and Quebec City, Trois-Rivières is the hub for all things cultural and economic in the Mauricie region. The city has three mouths along the St-Lawrence River, specifically at the confluence of the St-Maurice River, where it’s tied back to its history as Canada’s oldest industrial city. The highways that pass-through Trois-Rivières connect major cities across the heavily populated Quebec City–Windsor Corridor. Though both sides of the river are urban, the south side is home to the city center, the old city, and two university campuses, making it an ideal advertising location for citizens of Trois-Rivières, students, and tourists.
