MONTREAL, QC — PATTISON Outdoor, Canada's leader in Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising, has announced a major expansion in the Quebec market with the official launch of train wraps on the Réseau Express Métropolitain (REM). This format represents the first exterior advertising product deployed on REM train cars and marks the beginning of a new generation of innovative transit advertising formats across the network.
As an automated and electric light rail system, the REM connects downtown Montreal to the South Shore, the West Island, and the North Shore. With 64 km of track and frequent service, the network offers brands a unique environment to reach a highly mobile and engaged audience.
As the first product to fully leverage the exterior surface of REM trains, the format features eight 15' x 8' murals per train (four on each side). This dominant configuration delivers 360-degree visibility at street level, capturing the attention of pedestrians, commuters, cyclists, and motorists throughout Greater Montreal's key transportation corridors.
"We are excited to introduce this new out-of-home advertising opportunity across the REM network," said Dominic Loporcaro, Vice President and General Manager, Eastern Region, PATTISON Outdoor. "The Double-Sided Quadruple Mural is a high-impact format designed to help brands maximize their reach and stand out in Montreal's evolving urban landscape."
This new premium media asset is now available to both local and national advertisers seeking to increase their visibility within one of North America's most modern transit networks.
