Mississauga, ON, JULY 28th, 2025 – PATTISON Outdoor, Canada’s only fully dedicated Out-of-Home company, is proud to announce Planting it Forward, a national tree-planting initiative. Led by its internal ESG Committee and in partnership with Tree Canada, PATTISON is pledging to plant one tree for every static billboard structure it operates, over the next three years starting in Fall 2025 through to 2028. Planting it Forward will also distinguish PATTISON as Canada’s first OOH company to implement a national tree-planting program.
This project reinforces PATTISON’s commitment to nature stewardship and a greener future. With assistance and insight from Tree Canada, the goal is to plant 20,000 seedlings across Canada in critical areas in need. Tree species will be thoughtfully chosen to support the ecological needs of wildfire-impacted landscapes, promote biodiversity, and assist the recovery of species-at-risk.

Throughout the course of this exclusive partnership, Tree Canada will provide reporting that highlights the areas benefitting from Planting it Forward; thereby substantiating PATTISON’s accountability to this environmental initiative and solidifying its commitment to sustainability.
