The role of the sales coordinator is to provide full sales support to a team of sales executives (between three and five). The sales coordinator manages all media campaigns for this team.


  • Utilize Quattro (OOH customized computer software program) to manage contract holds, call up location lists, avails and histories
  • Generate contracts for client signature and process signed contracts, including contract revisions
  • Prepare sub-contracts for independent plant operators and follow-up with confirmation of their acceptance
  • Prepare shipping instructions and recommended quantities for all campaigns and liaise with clients, creative agencies and printers
  • Coordinate Pattison printing jobs
  • Prepare posting/traffic instructions for all campaigns
  • Liaise with various departments: Market Research Department (for mapping and market research requests), Creative Department (for design requisitions), Production Department (for production work orders), and Operations Department (for posting status of campaigns and to report damaged structures and flagging boards)
  • Manage campaign files
  • Correspond with clients regarding current and future campaigns
  • Back-up team members for vacation and sick days


  • Sales support or administrative experience a must
  • Proficient with common computer programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, analytical and multitasking skills
  • Service and solution oriented
  • Able to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
